Program Neighborhood Connection Center

My company recently upgraded from the old Citrix Program Neighborhood (running on XP), to the new Citrix Receiver 4.0 (running on Windows 7). We use Citrix to access the back-of-house component of our RetailPro Poin-of-Sale and inventory system. It is important that each user logs into their assigned RetailPro Workstation Number.

When we used Program Neighborhood, you would open Program Neighborhood, Click on 'Tools', and then 'ICA Settings'. Once 'ICA Settings' opened, you would un-check 'Enable Dynamic Client Name', and then the field next to 'Client Name' would become live and you would type the RetailPro workstation number that that user was assigned to. (i.e. 5) When I attempt to launch the Citrix Receiver 4.0, the 'Add Account' box pops up and it requests my work email address or server address. It doesn't go beyond that so that I can access a 'Tools' area to set a static client name. Can someone please help? Thanks, John. Dvdx wad installer v2 1.
