My mouse works perfectly fine and I have no problems with it it’s juts I have a different Logitech mouse that I prefere, and when ever I try and use the unifying soft ware to sync the receiver with the good mouse it says I don’t have a receiver plugged in even tho, I’m using the mouse at the same time lol. I tried multiple methods and none of them worked for me.

Maybe Devon figured it out because he never replied. I’m having the same issue he described though. I tried all of these solutions but to no avail. I lost my logitech receiver so i ordered a new one. Its for the logitech G602 gaming mouse.
I ordered the exact same receiver but i can’t get my PC or my wife’s mac to recognize it. I downloaded Logitech’s re-connect software but when it says “plug in one wireless receiver” it says “There is no wireless receiver plugged into your computer”. However, when i plug it in, it makes the sound that it recognized something was plugged into the computer.
Please help 🙁. None of these work for me. It is the contacts in the dongle that are causing the problem.

They are not making complete contact with usb port. There are two options: 1. Take apart the dongle and place a piece of paper in so it raises the contacts up a little.
Take a pin and very carefully pull the contact points of the usb ports out a little so they make better contact. Please be careful with this option as you could damage the usb port and nothing will work in the port and there is not fixing that. I used the 2nd option because this computer is for an employee that uses the same logitech model keyboard and mouse and fixing the dongle is not a good option.
