For those who are experiencing scratchy sound on their LMMS, you can check this video: For Windows7 users I have taken some screen shots of my LMMS settings. It may or may not be similar to yours ( depends upon what is installed on your system ). In any case don't fiddle with buffer settings. Leave it as is. In my case, I select SDL.
